How we handle your personal data

We only collect what we need in order to reply to you and carry out our work. Here is exactly what that means.

Alin & Hedenlund Fastighet | Förvaltning AB, company registration number 556039-0410, is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

Postal address: Box 5412, 114 84 Stockholm, Sweden. Visiting address: Jungfrugatan 55, 115 31 Stockholm. Phone 08-534 891 00.

Questions about personal data are answered at gdpr@ah.se.

What data we collect

We only collect what we need in order to reply to you and carry out our work.

  • The contact form: name, email address, phone number and what you write in the message, plus the type of enquiry where given.
  • The property analysis: details about the property that you enter, such as build year, number of apartments, heating and years of previous work. These are not stored unless you choose to send them to us together with your contact details.
  • The chat: the text you write is sent to our chat supplier so that it can be answered. Please do not enter personal data there.
  • My pages: your login details, the fault reports you submit, and the documents and tenancy details linked to your home.
  • Visitor statistics: see the section on Google Analytics below.

Why we process the data

Contact details and messages are processed so that we can answer your enquiry, provide a quote and perform any agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us, and, where an agreement exists, performance of that agreement.

Data in My pages is processed to perform the tenancy or management agreement and to handle your cases.

Visitor statistics are processed on the basis of your consent, where analytics tools are enabled.

How long we keep it

Alin & Hedenlund keeps the personal data you provide for as long as you represent the client in your dealings with us and while your enquiry is being handled.

If the contact does not lead to an assignment, the data is erased once the matter is closed. If it leads to an agreement, the data is kept for the duration of that relationship and thereafter for as long as the law requires, for example the seven years required by Swedish accounting legislation.

Who can see the data

We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be processed by the suppliers who operate our website, our email delivery and our analytics. These are data processors and process the data solely on our instructions, under a data processing agreement.

Data may be disclosed where the law requires it.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

The website uses Google Analytics to follow visitor statistics, via Google Tag Manager. The purpose is to understand which pages are useful and to improve the website.

IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use the statistics to identify individual visitors.

You can block the measurement in your browser, or through Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.

The chat on the website

The chat in the bottom right corner is provided by Smartsvar, our supplier and data processor. It answers using a language model, based on information about our business.

What you write is sent to Smartsvar's server so that it can be answered. Please do not enter personal identity numbers, login details or other sensitive information in the chat. If you need to raise something personal about your own case, call us or use My pages.

The chat stores two values in your browser: a random conversation id and a note that you have opened it. They contain no personal data and can be cleared by clearing this site's browser storage.

The chat makes no decisions about you, registers no cases and cannot see your details on My pages.

Cookies

The website works without cookies. Any cookies that occur are set by the analytics tool and used only for visitor statistics.

My pages uses a necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. It contains no personal data beyond a signed reference to your session and is deleted when you log out.

Your rights

You are always entitled to a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected where necessary or deleted.

You also have the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability.

Send an email to gdpr@ah.se and we will help you.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
