What you can do here
- Report faults around the clock
- Describe the fault and send it in. Before you send, you get an immediate indication of what applies, for example whether the work falls to the property owner or to you.
- Follow your cases
- Every report gets a case number and a timeline. You see when the contractor is booked and when the work is finished.
- Documents and forms
- Contracts, invoices, statutes, annual accounts, the economic plan, broker statements and the subletting form.
- Details of your home
- Area, contract period, monthly cost and the direct number to your own manager.
